Recipe for oatmeal with mango

Here is a recipe for oatmeal with mango, which will give breakfast a fresh and tropical taste:

Ingredients:

1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup of milk (or water for a lighter version)
1/2 mango, diced
1-2 tablespoons honey or sugar (to taste)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla sugar (optional)
Coconut shavings or walnuts for decoration (optional)

Instructions:

In a saucepan, combine oatmeal, milk (or water), chopped mango, honey (or sugar) and vanilla sugar.

Put on medium heat and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to a minimum.

Cook the oatmeal, stirring occasionally, for about 5-7 minutes or until it is ready and of the desired consistency.

If desired, add more honey or sugar to enhance the taste.

Serve the oatmeal hot, garnished with coconut shavings or walnuts for extra flavor and texture.
